1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ETCourier Global Marketplace you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. All registered users must complete secure email verification and login before booking or using the marketplace.
2. Services
We offer marketplace for global shipping: ocean freight, air courier, trucking, relocation via third party operators. Quotes are estimates; actual acceptance is up to the service partners selected.
3. Accounts and Access
You must register with accurate details, verify email, login to use bookings or payment features. You are responsible for your account security. You may not share account credentials. Administrative users can manage gateway configuration.
4. Payments
All payments processed via ATZ Money Gateway as configured in the admin dashboard. You agree to the payment amounts shown before submit. Amounts include freight + applicable fees. Currency USD unless revised. Failed payments void transactions.
5. User Obligations
Provide correct shipment data, comply with international law and customs. Do not transmit illegal cargo or prohibited goods. Accurate addresses, descriptions required. User bears responsibility for permits.
6. Limitation of Liability
We facilitate matching. We are not liable for delays, loss, damage from carriers, customs or weather beyond our control. Max liability limited to fee paid for booking. Contact partners for claims directly.
7. Private Use
Platform intended for logistics professionals, corporations, couriers. Unlimited access for verified accounts.
8. Termination
We may suspend access for violation of terms or illegal use. Upon termination, booked transactions completed.
9. Governing
