To provide quotes, bookings, live courier / freight matching, track vessels with AIS, enable payments via ATZ Money gateway, verify user accounts, issue documents and customer service communications. Emails forward only to info@etcourierglobal.com.
4. Payment Data
Checkout uses external ATZ Money Payment gateway; we do not store full card info. Gateway credentials configured exclusively by admin. Transaction details stored minimally for service fulfillment and compliance tracking.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We share required data with couriers, carriers and freight partners to fulfill shipments, regulatory customs authorities, and payment processors. No selling of data.
6. Data Security and Retention
We use industry encryption, secure database storage, access controls. Data retained as long as account active or legally required (7 years for logistics records).
